• 9:00 am – 10:00 am Traditional Hatha Yoga session with focus on Hip Mobility lead by Elizabeth Krueger at Janes House Studio
*Loaner yoga mats will be available but bringing your own yoga matt is recommended*

• 7:00 am - 8:00 am Foam Rolling and Stretching basics lead by Elizabeth Krueger at Janes House Studio
This one hour session will cover modalities as self myofascial release using both a foam roller and a small diameter ball and general stretching of both the trunk and lower extremities. In addition, a brief overview of several common musculoskeletal issues specific to runners and cyclists will be discussed and prevention and treatment will be touched on. There will be several minutes afterwards during which participants can ask questions related to the afore-mentioned material.
*Loaner foam rollers and myofascial release balls will be available but if you have one please bring it with you*
• 8:15 am - 9:15 am Self Defense Workshop lead by Dava Jaycox - Independent Damsel Pro at Damsel in Defense
• 9:30 -10:30 am Send-off Brunch catered by Farmtruk
• 10:30 am Sponsor Raffle
• 12:00 pm Done until 2020!
